The coastal charm of Laguna Beach can be observed on a one-day journey, including lunch at Las Brisas restaurant, from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Aug. 1, under the direction of Los Angeles Pierce College’s community services program. Highlights include historic neighborhoods, boutiques and parks and the Sawdust Festival. Cost is $25 for registration, $20 for gold card holders and a $12 charge for lunch and admissions.
