The Congressional Testimony of Lt. Col. Oliver North
North stated in his testimony that he was warned twice by the FBI that his personal safety and the safety of his family were in jeopardy because of his covert activities, fighting terrorism.
If his request for protection for himself and for his family was denied by his employer, the U.S. government, he should have quit.
