Shopping Center Will Be Renovated

A $2-million expansion and renovation of Anaheim West Shopping Center on the southeast corner of Lincoln and Western avenues, Anaheim, has begun.

The renovation by developers Mark and Jamie Deutsch of Torrance includes the remodeling of approximately 25,000 square feet of the original 54,000-square-foot center, rebuilding about 30,000 square feet, and construction of a new 25,000-square-foot addition. Burke Commercial Real Estate is the exclusive leasing agent.
