Collins Gives Deposition in Divorce Dispute

“Dynasty” star Joan Collins, flanked by three bodyguards, went to the office of her estranged husband’s attorney Sunday night to give a deposition in their bitter divorce dispute.

Collins, 53, did not stop to talk to reporters gathered at the Sherman Oaks office of Frank Steinschriber.

Her husband, Peter Holm, arrived about five minutes later. He said he hoped “something reasonable” would be worked out when the couple appear in Superior Court today.

Collins’ attorney Marvin Mitchelson has said he will try to persuade the judge to uphold the validity of a prenuptial agreement under which Collins was to pay Holm 20% of her gross income while they were married.

Holm is demanding $80,000 a month in temporary support pending settlement of the divorce.
