The Louisiana Racing Commission has suspended the track license of veterinarian Charles R. Butler, who has admitted he injected horses with narcotic stimulants at the Louisiana Downs track in Bossier City, La. Butler, who has said he injected himself with the same drug, has been barred from practicing at all pari-mutel tracks in North America.
