Hydroplane racer Steve Reynolds has regained consciousness and will be moved next week to a Seattle rehabilitation center, a spokesman for Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis said.
Reynolds, 40, of Kirkland, Wash., had been unconscious since suffering a skull fracture July 5 in a racing accident at Madison, Ind.
