Colombia Fights Polio

BOGOTA, Colombia — The country launched a three-day campaign Saturday to vaccinate an estimated 3.3 million children against polio at 15,000 points across the country, the Health Ministry said. The campaign, involving 60,000 health officials and volunteers, will cost an estimated $4.2 million.
