“Dynasty’ “s Heather Locklear was struck on the head Saturday by a bottle thrown from a bridge in downtown Cleveland during the RiverFest celebration there, but doctors say the wound was superficial and probably would not leave a scar. Locklear, 25, was on a boat that was passing under the Center Street Bridge when the bottle hit her. Locklear’s husband, drummer Tommy Lee, and his Motley Crue rock group performed Saturday at the RiverFest.
