Navy Officer Wounded

NAPLES, Italy —
A U.S. Navy officer was shot by an unknown assailant in an apparent robbery but was not seriously injured, a Navy spokesman said Tuesday. He said that Lt. Cmdr. James C. Burns, 42, of Monterey, Calif., was shot by a person in another vehicle as he was driving north of Naples.
