Actor Sean Penn, on returning from Germany to Los Angeles before facing a 60-day jail sentence, reportedly got into another scuffle. This time, the incident occurred between the volatile actor and photographers at Los Angeles International Airport. According to others present, while Bob Tur of the Los Angeles News Service taped Penn’s arrival, Penn and his bodyguard objected, and a shouting and shoving match ensued with Tur and his crew. Penn was scheduled to go to jail after violating probation for reckless driving and for punching an extra on a movie set. Tur’s mother, Judy, said that her son had decided not to press any charges.
