Train Spills Chemicals

LEESVILLE, La. —
Seven cars of a Kansas City Southern freight train derailed Friday and spilled flammable chemicals beside a highway in western Louisiana, blocking traffic and prompting an evacuation of nearby residents, officials said. No injuries were reported.
