Designs by the man who makes clothes for Soviet First Lady Raisa Gorbachev will be available next month in America, the newspaper Soviet Russia said today.

The Soviet Fashion House, where Vyacheslav Zaitsev is the chief designer, has signed a three-year contract with the firm Intertorg Inc. to supply Soviet fashion designs to the United States, it said. Profits from the deal are to go to the Fashion House, rather than to the Soviet treasury.
