Striking members of the National Assn. of Broadcast Employees & Technicians won a small victory Thursday in their struggle with NBC. The union was picketing at a Ralphs supermarket in Burbank to protest the company’s continued local sponsorship of NBC programming during the 46-day-old labor dispute when who should roll up but David Horowitz, consumer reporter and host of KNBC’s “Fight Back.” He had planned to tape a segment for the show inside the store but changed his mind when he saw his striking NABET colleagues. “You guys have made me look good for 21 years. I’m not going to cross the picket line,” he told them.
