Hotel in Valencia Under Construction

A December completion is scheduled for the $8-million, 130-room Hampton Inn hotel under construction along Interstate 5 at 25260 The Old Road in Valencia.

The project is being developed by California/Walz Co. and CMS Development, Burbank. Hampton Inns Inc., Memphis, is a division of Holiday Corp., the developers of Holiday Inns.
