David Kelley, vice president and legal director for Vita-Fresh Vitamin Co., Garden Grove, has been elected chairman of the Orange County Private Industry Council.

He and the council’s new vice chairman, Terrance Dancey, will be sworn in at a PIC dinner meeting Wednesday.

Dancey is chairman and CEO of Industrial Painting and Waterproofing Co., La Habra.

The Private Industry Council, in partnership with the Orange County Job Training Partnership Agency, helps residents receive free training and employment assistance.
