New Casting For Bolshoi ‘Raymonda’
The Bolshoi Ballet has announced cast changes for the remaining performances of “Raymonda.”
Rescheduling centers around the removal of Alla Mikhalchenko from tonight’s performance, reportedly because of a foot injury sustained Tuesday.
As of Friday, the following dancers were set to appear: Nina Semizorova, Yuri Vasyuchenko and Andrei Shakhin in today’s matinee; Nina Ananiashvili, Andris Liepa and Alexander Vetrov tonight; Semizorova, Vasyuchenko and Shakhin in the Sunday matinee; Ludmila Semenyaka, Irek Mukhamedov and Vetrov Tuesday evening.
