NEW WORKOUTS: The two biggest stars of video exercise, Jane Fonda and Kathy Smith, will have new tapes on the shelves next month. “Jane Fonda’s Workout With Weights” is due from Lorimar Home Video on Sept. 11; for “Kathy Smith’s Winning Workout,” which “combines aerobic exercise with a progressive weight-training regime over a 12-week period,” no specific September release date has been given by Fox Hills Video.
