Heroin Smugglers Held

SEOUL, South Korea —
Police have arrested five alleged members of an international drug ring that smuggled heroin with a street value of $123 million into South Korea, prosecutors said Tuesday. They said two Thais, a Taiwanese, a Hong Kong Chinese and a South Korean were in custody in the southern port of Pusan.
