Deutsche Lufthansa AG said it is interested in acquiring Allegis Corp.’s Hilton International unit. A purchase of the Hilton group, with 90 hotels in 43 countries, would make the West German government-controlled airline one of Europe’s biggest hotel operators, analysts said.
