“Love With a Proper Stranger.” “Cloud Waltzing.” Paramount. $39.95 each. If it’s true that the Harlequin romance novels provide the same sort of escapist fantasy as most television drama, then transferring them to the home screen seems redundant. Here they are anyway, produced by Yorkshire Television in Great Britain and previously seen on the Showtime cable channel.
