A 37-year-old Kansas City concert hall that has fallen on hard times is getting some help from rock dynamo Tina Turner. The singer will perform at an Oct. 17 benefit concert for the Starlight Theater, a 7,854-seat outdoor theater that has been trying to raise enough money to stay afloat. Turner will donate 30% of her normal fee.
