Doug Flutie will start at quarterback for the Chicago Bears on Saturday in their final preseason game against the Raiders, and Jim McMahon most likely will land on the injured reserve list.
Coach Mike Ditka said Flutie would start at quarterback, and Neal Anderson would start at fullback.

Jobe operated on McMahon’s right passing shoulder last December. McMahon had hoped to be playing by now, but has yet to appear in an exhibition game.
