Nomination of Judge Bork
As I understand it, nominee Bork has written opinions supporting the “rights” of businesses to discriminate in their business dealings on the basis of race, etc. His supporters should be reminded that this country was founded upon the belief that certain human rights are “inalienable.”
Several hundred years ago the pilgrims came to this land to escape injustice and persecution. And today, Reagan has nominated King George to a seat on the Supreme Court.
