Financing Obtained for Shopping Center

Goldenwest Equity Properties Inc. has obtained a $4.85-million construction loan for a 44,515-square-foot retail shopping center at the northeast corner of Archibald Avenue and G Street in Ontario.

The loan was made by the Orange County Income Property Division of First Interstate Mortgage Co. The center, which will include a convenience store, will be completed by next spring.
