Three Buildings Sold in Agoura Hills Business Park

Three new office/research and development buildings, totaling 96,000 square feet in the 15-acre Canwood Business Center, Agoura Hills, have been sold for about $7.7 million to the Walter Bollenbacher Family Trust, according to the Seeley Co., which represented Heller Construction Co., developer of the business park.
