D. J. Flood Architects Celebrates 20 Years

David J. Flood Architects of Santa Monica will celebrate its 20th year in business this month.

In Southern California, the company has built more than 2,650 condominium units and is responsible for projects in more than 40 resorts throughout the United States. Current projects include Completion Center for Gulfsteam Aerospace in Long Beach and Airport Plaza for Retlaw at the Van Nuys Airport.
