Peter A. Tremulis, a real estate broker formerly affiliated with First City Properties Inc. of Beverly Hills and the Balcor Co. of Skokie, Ill., has formed Trans-Metro Financial, a Los Angeles-based real estate financing and brokerage corporation with offices at 12304 Santa Monica Blvd., Suite 202.
