Turbulence Injures 41, Forces Jetliner to Land

MIAMI —
An Eastern Airlines flight carrying 129 passengers and 10 crew members from San Juan, Puerto Rico, to New York was rocked by turbulence Monday, injuring 41 people and forcing the plane to make an unscheduled landing in Bermuda, an airline spokesman said. The injuries included several fractured skulls and broken bones, he said.
