Playboy Video said it filed a breach-of-contract claim against Lorimar Home Video and the dispute will be settled by the American Arbitration Assn. The dispute involves certain payments for Playboy videos that Lorimar has been distributing in the United States and Canada for two years. Neither side would put a dollar value on the case.
