1,800 Flee Fumigant Leak

FREMONT, Calif. —
At least 1,800 residents remained out of their homes today after a fumigant leaked to a residential area. At one point Monday night, investigators found the area with an intensity of 50 parts per million of the chemical, methyl bromide chloropicrin, Fire Department spokesman George Olson said.
