RTD Complaint
As a student and regular passenger on RTD buses, I have a complaint: On several occasions, there have been some bus drivers who do not bother to stop at regular bus stops to pick up passengers. In these instances, it is not due to the bus being overcrowded. There have been a number of times, where I or other passengers waiting, would signal for the bus to stop, but the drivers would just keep on going. This is especially aggravating and time consuming, after waiting 15 minutes or more, and then waiting the same period again until another bus comes by.
For the people and for myself, whose only means of transportation is the RTD, we would like to see some form of response so that we can get to our destination, whether it be work or school, on time.
