Bail for an antique dealer was raised to $750,000 from $500,000 Tuesday after a judge ruled she was a flight risk.

Sonia Daniella Bonge, who is also known as Daniella de Villeneuve and four other names, is charged with 11 counts of grand theft, forgery and corporation code violations.

She owns the Shangri La shop, 1237 Prospect St., and lives in Del Mar. She has given three different birthdays to authorities, with her age ranging from 48 to 64.

San Diego Municipal Judge Melinda Lasater said she increased the bail because of additional charges filed against the woman last Friday, her aliases and doubts over her citizenship.

Bonge’s attorney, David Semco, argued that his client has been a U.S. citizen for 30 years, but Lasater said authorities were unable to confirm that.

The woman’s two passports--in two different names--have been turned over to the prosecutor.

“It is our contention that our client has nowhere to go,” Semco said.

The judge responded: “I think she can be very elusive. I think she is a high risk for leaving, whether it’s San Diego or the country.”

“I do believe she is a flight risk,” Lasater said.

Deputy Dist. Atty. John Massucco said losses to investors in her antique business have reached $125,000.

Investigators have seized furniture and statues sold in her store that were purported to be King Louis XV antiques.

A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 28.
