Cipher Data Profit Declines by 33%

Hybritech, a subsidiary of Indianapolis-based Eli Lilly & Co., reported that profits for the third quarter ended Sept. 30 rose by 10% to $4.3 million. Revenue rose by 11% to $12.5 million.

For the nine-month period, profits rose by 22% to $15.8 million and revenue rose by 14% to $38.8 million, the company reported.

Hybritech is a San Diego-based biotechnology firm that manufactures diagnostic products.
