Mormon President Benson Enters Salt Lake Hospital

SALT LAKE CITY —
Mormon Church President Ezra Taft Benson, experiencing “physical discomfort” possibly associated with his ailing heart, was admitted to LDS Hospital on Thursday, a church spokesman said. The 88-year-old leader of the 6.4-million-member Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints was in stable condition.
