A Dade County circuit court judge has ruled that the Miami Dolphins must give full refunds to two club-seat ticket holders who weren’t interested in the replacement games during the NFL players’ strike.

The effect of the ruling on the Dolphins’ 8,400 club-seat ticket holders who have been offered partial refunds wasn’t immediately known, although the Dolphins’ attorney said he believed the ruling should apply only to the two plaintiffs.

Club seats cost between $600 and $1,400 a season.

Judge David Tobin ruled on a lawsuit brought by attorney Michael Genden, holder of six club seats, and court bailiff Ed Gorman, who has two club seats.
