Nelson Entertainment, Los Angeles, a wholly owned subsidiary of Nelson Holdings International Ltd., has signed a production and distribution agreement with newly formed Castle Rock Entertainment and J. C. Entertainment, a wholly owned subsidiary of Coca-Cola Co. The agreement provides for the production and distribution of 18 pictures over the next five years. This new agreement replaces a three-year, 12-picture production and distribution pact that Nelson’s parent signed with the Coca-Cola in October, 1986, at the time of Nelson’s purchase of Embassy Home Entertainment.
