‘Gridlocked Government’

Your editorial misrepresents the situation in state government and insults the integrity/intelligence of our voters.

California voters led the nation in the revolt against over taxation by passage of Propositions 13 and 4. Because of this California enjoys prosperity, a tax surplus and no real diminution in public services.
