Friday’s Highlights

CITY Marshall 22, Hollywood 6--Tailback Tae Kim ran for 120 yards and 1 touchdown in 19 carries, and Darren Hubert threw two touchdown pass to lead the Barristers over the Sheiks in a Northern League opener at Hollywood. Hubert’s 21-yard touchdown pass to David Terrazas and two-point conversion pass put Marshall (1-4) ahead 8-0 in the first quarter. Hubert and Terrazas hooked up again, this time for an 18-yard touchdown to make it 14-0 in the second quarter. Jeff Holmes returned the kickoff 85 yards for Hollywood’s only score to make it 14-6. But Marshall came right back, driving 70 yards in 14 plays, culminating with a one-yard touchdown run by Kim to make it 22-6 at halftime. Hubert completed 8 of 14 passes for 100 yards. Marshall outgained Hollywood, 323-71. Hollywood is 0-4.
