I was appalled at the irresponsibility displayed on the Oct. 4 episode of “Our House.” With the current fatal epidemic of AIDS, this show had the nerve to show two adolescent girls becoming “blood sisters” by joining/touching two open wounds. This ceremony may have been a tradition during the youth of the show’s writer, but during this day and age, this ceremony has no place on prime-time television where vulnerable children might imitate.
