Philip Dunne became the first screenwriter ever to receive a star on Hollywood’s Walk of Fame on Friday. Among the screenplays written by Dunne, 78, who attended the ceremonies: “The Ghost and Mrs. Muir,” “How Green Was My Valley,” “Forever Amber” and “David and Bathsheba.”
