Westminster : DMV Adjusts Offices’ Hours During Repairs
To serve people who normally would use the Department of Motor Vehicles’ Westminster office, which is closed for asbestos removal and earthquake damage repair, the DMV has introduced evening hours at five other offices.
Offices in Bellflower, Costa Mesa, Fullerton, Long Beach and Santa Ana will be open for two more hours nightly for licensing and vehicle registration, the DMV said. The new hours are from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday. When the Westminster office reopens around the first of the year, the other offices will again begin closing at 5 p.m.
