Two members of the Alpha Delta Phi fraternity at the University of California, Berkeley, have been charged with injuring three police officers at a party that police said turned into a “mini-riot,” and several students have in turn filed misconduct charges against police. Police, who went to the fraternity house in response to complaints of loud music, said two students wrestled with the officers as 250 party-goers crowded around and cheered them on. Thirty officers were called to the scene and other struggles erupted as police attempted to break up the party, police said.
