Builders’ Group to Install Northridge Man as Leader

F. Daniel Rigney, president of Northridge-based Rigney Development Co., will be installed as 1988 president of the Building Industry Assn. of Southern California’s Greater Los Angeles Area chapter at a 7 p.m. ceremony Saturday at the Sheraton Grande Hotel.
Richard Garber of Santa Monica will be installed as first vice president; Harvey Steinberg, Silver Lake, Craig McNey, Westlake Village, and William Lockert, Altadena, vice presidents; Walter Abronson, Granada Hills, secretary, and Len Jensen, Glendale, treasurer.
Roger C. Werbel, president of Monterey Park-based home builder Roger C. Werbel Inc., was recently elected president of the local chapter’s parent, the California Building Industry Assn.
Other 1988 officers of the statewide association are Harold A. Boex, Vallejo, first vice president; Richard L. Hall, Orange, second vice president; Dennis L. Russell, San Diego, treasurer, and Donald McCormick, Sacramento, secretary.
