American film crews and companies working in Israel are experiencing more than their share of mishaps. First, Sylvester Stallone was almost hit by a helicopter on the set of “Rambo III,” and Thursday it was announced that the crew making “Riding the Edge,” an adventure movie in a Palestinian refugee camp near Jericho, was forced to halt filming this week when residents threw stones at them. Israeli military sources said no one was injured in Monday’s incident at Aqbat Jaber camp.
