Matlow Leaves Top Office

Howard L. Matlow, chairman of the board of Matlow-Kennedy Corp., has resigned from the realty firm he co-founded in 1968 with Kenfield E. Kennedy. Matlow has sold all his stock in the company but will stay on as executive vice president and as a broker.
Present officers who are also stockholders of the Santa Monica-based commercial and industrial real estate firm are Kennedy, chairman; Sheridan R. Matlow, vice chairman, and Gregory R. Gill, president.
