Malibu Grand Prix Corp., a Woodland Hills operator of miniature Grand Prix race tracks and golf courses, said it has signed a contract to open a race track in Marbella, Spain, by the summer of 1988. The company said its track will be part of a multimillion-dollar entertainment complex to be built at Costa del Sol, a resort on the southern coast of Spain.

Malibu Grand Prix owns and operates 39 recreation centers in the United States. The Marbella track is its first overseas project.
