Electro Rent Corp., Culver City, has promoted Leslie R. Evans to executive vice president and Gary Phillips to senior vice president.

Evans previously was president of the sales division. Phillips previously was vice president.

Raymond Fisk has been promoted to vice president-Western region. Fisk previously was area manager for the company’s San Francisco office.
