TW Services Inc. announced that El Pollo Loco Inc., a subsidiary of Denny’s Inc. restaurant division, has signed an agreement with Mitsui & Co. Ltd. of Japan for the formation of a new Japan-based company that will operate and license El Pollo Loco char-broiled chicken restaurants in Japan. Mitsui is Japan’s largest trading company.
