Gandhi, Russian Confer on Issues of Joint Interest

NEW DELHI —
Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi and his Soviet counterpart, Nikolai I. Ryzhkov, met alone for three hours Friday during which they discussed international issues of mutual interest and the regional situation, a spokesman said.
