Mission Viejo : Marguerite Parkway Extension Opens Today

The Mission Viejo Co. today will open a new one-third-mile extension of Marguerite Parkway to give vehicles access to El Toro Road.
Currently, Marguerite Parkway ends between Alisos Boulevard and El Toro Road, north of Santa Margarita Parkway.
The extension, financed and built by the Mission Viejo Co., will open during 9 a.m. ceremonies attended by Supervisor Gaddi Vasquez.
Also on hand will be the newly elected Mission Viejo City Council members, who will take over when the community officially becomes a city in March, 1988.
